Richard Jones is a co-founder of the East of England Telematics Development Trust (EETDT), of which he has been the Chief Executive since 1997. He was instrumental in the early stages of developing the successful East of England Broadband Network (E2BN), and was Project Management Consultant to the successful East Midlands Broadband Consortium (embc). He has considerable research experience in Broadband, Rural Connectivity, e-Government, Developing Online Communities and how ICT leads to changes in the Patterns of Working.
