Lucas Teixeira holds a Master’s degree in Computer Vision and a Computer Engineering degree from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (2010/2007). He is a Research Fellow in Computer Vision and Machine Learning at the Intelligent Systems Research Laboratory, University of Reading. He was previously researcher at Augmented Reality and Digital Interactivity Group/Tecgraf, Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. Outcomes of his research have been published in conferences such as BMVC, ISVC and ACM SAC.
His research interests include Feature detection, Markerless tracking, Camera Calibration, Object detection and Machine Learning.
