Horacio graduated with a degree in Physics from the National University of Córdoba, Argentina and subsequently with an MBA in 2006 and an Executive Master in Administration from University of Bologna and European Project Manager Diploma from Polytechnic University of Madrid. Horacio has held several project management positions as well as working in academia as a lecturer; he served as Professor of Education Sciences and Philosophy “Instituto Católico del Profesorado”, Córdoba, Arg. (1987-1992). His specialist area is Innovation Projects Management.
